2. At least 3-5 years experience in hotel work, housekeeper
3. Good use of computers and basic programs
4. Able to communicate well in English
5. Have leadership skills and able to manage a team
6. Be proactive, have the courage to make decisions and be able to resolve the situation immediately.

1. Reports for work on time wearing a clean and tidy uniform and neatly groomed per the resort standards
2. To participate in the daily briefing with the GM
3. To understand and strictly adhere to the rules and regulations established in the Employees Handbook.
4. To understand and strictly adhere to the hotel?s policy on fire, hygiene, Health and safety and to handle all equipment, utensils and uniforms with care
5. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
6. To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff of all other departments.
7. To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
8. Ensure all guest rooms are ready and clean for each guest checking in
9. Ensure that all room types are consistent with rates and descriptions
10. Ensure all amenities are set up in all rooms
11. Ensure all public areas including toilets, bars, restaurants are kept clean and tidy
12. Ensure a monthly inventory of housekeeping products and equipment is carried out
13. Keep yourself up to date with the latest hospitality trends
14. Ensure guest feedback is solicited during and following their stay with us
15. To attend and contribute to all staff meetings and other related activities.
16. Attend training as set by the hotel management team
17. To undertake any other reasonable tasks and secondary duties as set by Management.
